What we collect
Account email and name when you create a customer login (Firebase Authentication, with a first-party session cookie hf_customer_session). Order and shipping details needed to pack and deliver NZ road freight. Payment is handled by Stripe; Hyperflux does not store full card numbers. The support form collects the name, email, subject, and message you submit.
Visit tracking is on. VisitTracker sends a page-view beacon to /api/track on first load and on client-side navigation. Admin routes are excluded. The beacon increments aggregated daily view and unique-visitor counters and sets two first-party cookies: hf_vid (a random browser id) and hf_vd (the last NZ date this browser was counted). We do not store a row per page hit. Vercel Speed Insights may record anonymised performance timings on the live site.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, provide support and warranty handling, prevent fraud, and meet tax and legal duties.
Who we share with
Stripe (payments), Firebase (catalog, accounts, orders), Resend when transactional mail is configured (order/system messages only), Web3Forms (the support form), and the NZ road courier that carries the parcel. We do not sell customer lists.
Retention
Order records are kept for tax and warranty. Support-form messages are kept as long as needed to resolve the request.

Cookies
The shop sets session and auth cookies (hf_customer_session, and hf_admin_session for staff) plus the two visit-count cookies above. Stripe sets its own cookies on checkout. There are no advertising or retargeting cookies on this site.
