Goods and prices
We sell handmade lithium-ion FPV packs and loose Reliance INR21700-RS50 cells, assembled in Auckland, New Zealand. Prices are in NZD and GST-inclusive as shown on the product page at the time you pay.
Contract
A contract is formed when payment is accepted. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, address, or dangerous-goods constraints prevent fulfilment, and refund the amount paid.
Shipping
New Zealand addresses only. Standalone lithium-ion packs travel by road as dangerous goods. We do not send them by air or as ordinary letter post. Standard transit is 3–5 business days after the pack is built and packed. Built-to-order 2P and custom packs ship after assembly; lead time is shown on the product. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the NZ address you give at checkout.
Built-to-order and custom packs
Production starts after payment. Once assembly has started, the order is not cancellable except as required by law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act).
Returns, warranty, and the CGA
30-day returns apply to unused, uncharged shelf-stock packs in original packaging. Built-to-order and custom packs are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or do not match the agreed spec. You pay return freight unless the pack is faulty or we shipped the wrong item. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the pack arriving back.
Packs carry a 2-year limited warranty on manufacturing and material defects under normal use. It does not cover crash damage, puncture, water, incorrect charging (LiPo mode, unattended, below 0 °C), or packs altered after dispatch. Faulty packs: use the form at /support#contact with order number and photos. We repair, replace, or refund at our option. These terms sit on top of the Consumer Guarantees Act; they do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded.
Safety
You must use a Li-Ion compatible charger in Li-Ion mode (4.20 V/cell) and follow the charging and storage guide. Never charge unattended.
Limitation
Hyperflux is not liable for crash damage or misuse, including incorrect charging, puncture, water, or alteration after dispatch. Nothing in these terms excludes Consumer Guarantees Act rights that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
